RESTRICTIONS

Patriot Tactical cannot ship restricted items such as automatic knives to some states within the United States of America without proper identification.  These states include but are not limited to: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Ohio, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Washington DC, and Wisconsin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Some items sold by Patriot Tactical may be illegal for possession within your area.  Some items may also be illegal in your area for persons under the age of 21.  It is your responsibility to ensure legal compliance with all local and state laws when you purchase from Patriot Tactical. 

Patriot Tactical is not responsible for the sale of products into unauthorized areas or to unauthorized persons.  When purchasing any item from Patriot Tactical, you are accepting personal responsibility for ownership of that item within your state and local jurisdiction.  There are organizations who offer some guidance on knife laws across the United States.  See The American Knife & Tool Institute (AKTI, http://www.akti.org) for further details.  However, note that AKTI is an independent source and Patriot Tactical is not responsible for the accuracy of the information they present.
